The moment a new person enters your life, ex dreams increase. This is a warning system. Your subconscious brings your ex before you as a "lesson/template" saying: "Look, you made these mistakes in your old relationship, don't do the same with this new person".

The person who enters that dream is not your ex, but your "past" self. Forgive the past and be free.
