How Does Our Inner Child Reflect in Dreams?

While baby dreams represent "the birth of a new idea", seeing a (walking/running) child in a dream shows that that idea or relationship has now grown, become active, and requires responsibility. You feel as inadequate and lost as that little child in a big issue you need to decide on. Hugging that child means comforting yourself (self-compassion).
